Your Dashboard
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in. It's your home base: how your account is doing, what's still left to set up, and shortcuts to the things you do most.
If you're new, work down the page top to bottom — it's laid out roughly in the order you need it.
What's on it
Your numbers
Three figures across the top tell you where you stand:
- Total Contacts — how many people are in your Waplify account.
- Total Campaigns — how many campaigns you've created.
- Messages Sent — how many messages have gone out.
Use them as a pulse check. If Messages Sent isn't moving, nothing is reaching customers.
Account Setup
A checklist of what's needed before you can message people properly — connecting WhatsApp, adding a payment method, creating your first template.
Anything still outstanding shows here. Work through it until the list is clear; until then, parts of Waplify won't be able to send.
New to this? Start with Connect WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Accounts
The WhatsApp number (or numbers) connected to your workspace, with the status of each.
If you run more than one number, they're all listed here so you can see at a glance that each is healthy. For full details — quality rating, messaging limits, display name — see WhatsApp Account Info.
Quick Actions
Shortcuts to the jobs you do again and again: start a campaign, add contacts, build a template, open the inbox. It's a faster route than going through the menu.
Free WhatsApp Tools
Three free tools you can use straight away — no setup, and useful even before your account is fully configured:
- WhatsApp Link Generator — create a
wa.melink that opens a chat with your number, with your message pre-filled. Put it in your bio, emails, or ads. - WhatsApp QR Code Generator — turn that link into a QR code for packaging, posters, receipts or your shop window.
- WhatsApp Chat Button — a floating chat button for your website so visitors can message you in one tap.
Tutorials
Short How to use Waplify walkthroughs for the main features. Worth ten minutes in your first week.
Tips & best practices
- Clear the Account Setup list first. Most "why can't I send?" problems are an unfinished item on that checklist.
- Check the dashboard on Monday morning. The three numbers make it obvious if sending stalled over the weekend.
- Put your chat link everywhere before spending on ads. The free link and QR tools cost nothing and often bring in more conversations than a paid campaign.
- Send the tutorials to new team members instead of training each one yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Why are my numbers zero?
Either the account is new, or WhatsApp isn't connected yet. Check the Account Setup section — it will tell you what's missing.
Do the free tools need a paid plan?
No. They're free and open to anyone, and they work even before your WhatsApp number is connected.
Where do I see detailed campaign results?
On the campaign itself. Open Campaigns, pick one, and see Campaign Reports for what each figure means.
Can I change what's on the dashboard?
Not at the moment — the layout is the same for everyone.
The dashboard says my WhatsApp account has a problem. What now?
Open WhatsApp Account Info for the detail. Most issues are quality rating or a template that was rejected.
