What is Sign Up & Log In?​

Waplify lets you create an account using your email or Google account. Once signed up, you can log in anytime to manage your WhatsApp campaigns, contacts, and more.

How to use it​

Create a new account​

  1. Go to app.waplify.com and click Sign Up
  1. Enter your full name, email address, and create a password
  2. You will receive a verification code on your email — enter it to verify your account
  3. Once verified, you are logged in and ready to start the setup wizard

Sign up with Google​

  1. On the sign-up page, click Continue with Google
  2. Select your Google account
  3. If this is your first time, you will be asked to enter your phone number and name to complete setup

Log in to your account​

  1. Go to app.waplify.com and click Log In
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In
  3. Or click Continue with Google to log in with your Google account

Reset your password​

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Code
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email
  4. Set a new password and click Reset Password

Tips & best practices​

  • Use a strong password with at least 8 characters
  • If you sign up with Google, you can still set a password later from your account settings
  • If you manage multiple businesses, Waplify supports multiple organizations — you can switch between them from the sidebar
  • Keep your email address up to date so you can always recover your account

Frequently asked questions​

Can I use the same email for multiple accounts?​

No, each email address can only be linked to one Waplify account. However, you can be a member of multiple organizations with the same account.

What if I don't receive the verification email?​

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, try again after a few minutes. Make sure you entered the correct email address.

Can I change my email address later?​

You can update your profile information from the Settings page after logging in.

Is my data secure?​

Yes. Waplify uses encrypted connections and secure authentication to protect your account and data.

Can I invite my team members?​

Yes! Once your account is set up, you can invite team members from the Team section. They will receive an email invitation to join your organization.
