When your bot hands a chat to a person, you can now pick several agents instead of one, and they take turns. Send sales chats to your sales team and support chats to your support team, with the work shared evenly inside each team.
Agents now have a third view scope — Only their assigned chats — so you can give an agent the strictest possible inbox: they see only the conversations assigned to them, and nothing else.
Invite teammates into your workspace, give each person the right level of access, and manage more than one business from a single login.
