Bring Your Whole Team Into Waplify

Invite teammates into your workspace, give each person the right level of access, and manage more than one business from a single login.

Invite your team​

Waplify is no longer a one-person tool. Head to the new Team page to invite teammates by email — each person gets their own login and sets their own password when they accept.

You can resend or cancel pending invitations, and deactivate or remove members whenever you need to.

Four roles for the right access​

Every team member has a role that decides what they can see and do:

  • Owner — full access, including billing
  • Admin — manages the team, settings, and messaging — everything except billing
  • Manager — runs campaigns, contacts, and templates
  • Agent — handles customer chats in the inbox

Agents can also be given a view scope — either the whole inbox, or only the conversations assigned to them.

Run multiple businesses from one account​

Manage more than one business? A single Waplify login can now belong to several workspaces. Switch between them from the sidebar — and your role can be different in each one.
