A Shared Inbox Built for Teams
The Waplify inbox is now built for teams — assign conversations to teammates, hand them off, resolve them when they're done, and pick the layout that fits how you work.
Pick your inbox style
Workspace owners and admins can now choose how the inbox is laid out for everyone:
- Team — conversations are split into Mine, Unassigned, Open, and Resolved tabs, so a group can divide the work
- Simple — one combined inbox, best if you mostly broadcast and reply only occasionally

Assign, hand off, and resolve conversations
Every conversation can now be assigned to a specific teammate, so two people never reply to the same customer. You can:
- Assign an unassigned conversation to yourself or a teammate
- Transfer a conversation to someone else, with an optional handoff note
- Resolve a conversation when it's finished — and reopen it any time
- See a customer's details, tags, and journey in the info panel beside the chat

Auto-assign new conversations
Turn on auto-assignment and Waplify shares new conversations across your team automatically, round-robin, so nobody has to pick them up by hand. Choose who's in the assignment pool, and decide whether reopened conversations go back to the original agent.
More chat improvements
- Message reactions — react to any message with an emoji, just like in WhatsApp
- Link previews — links in chat now show a preview card with the page's image and title
- A live window timer — every conversation shows how much time is left in the 24-hour reply window
Subscription management, refreshed
The subscription screen under Settings has been rebuilt — view your current plan, upgrade or schedule a downgrade, cancel, and see your full payment history, all in one place.
