Subscription Plans

What are Subscription Plans?

Waplify offers different subscription plans to access the platform's features. Your subscription covers the Waplify platform itself — this is separate from WhatsApp messaging costs, which are charged by Meta directly.

How to use it

Viewing available plans

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription from the sidebar
  1. You will see the available plans with their pricing and features:
    • Quarterly — pay every 3 months
    • Yearly — pay annually (best value)
    • Lifetime — one-time payment for permanent access

The Quarterly and Yearly plans renew automatically so your service never lapses — the page shows the date you'll next be charged. Lifetime is a single payment with nothing to renew.

Subscribing to a plan

  1. On the Subscription page, select the plan you want
  2. Click Subscribe or Upgrade
  3. The Razorpay payment window will open
  1. Enter your payment details and complete the payment
  2. Your plan will be activated immediately

Applying a coupon code

  1. During checkout, look for the coupon code field
  2. Enter your code and click Apply
  3. The discount will be reflected in the final price

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Select a higher plan
  3. Complete the payment — the upgrade takes effect immediately

Upgrade within 15 days and pay only the difference. If you upgrade within 15 days of your original purchase, Waplify charges just the price difference between your current plan and the new one — you don't pay twice for the same period. After 15 days, an upgrade is charged at the full price of the new plan.

Renewing early (adding more time)

You can renew the same plan before it runs out. When you do, the new period is added on top of your remaining days — you never lose the time you've already paid for.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. The downgrade will be scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period
  4. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade before it takes effect

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — cancelling never cuts you off early, so you keep every day you've paid for
  4. After that date, your account moves to an expired state and auto-renewal stops

You'll see the exact date your access ends, and you can resubscribe any time before then to stay active.

Viewing payment history

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Scroll down to the Payment History section
  3. You will see all past payments with amounts, dates, and statuses

Tips & best practices

  • Yearly plans offer the best value — you save significantly compared to quarterly billing
  • Your Waplify subscription and Meta messaging costs are separate charges:
    • Waplify subscription = platform access (paid to Waplify)
    • Messaging costs = per-conversation charges (paid to Meta)
  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruption
  • If your plan expires, your data is safe — you just can't send or manage messaging until you renew (see the FAQ below for exactly what pauses)
  • Upgrade within 15 days of buying to pay only the difference, and renew early to stack extra time onto your remaining days
  • Check if any coupon codes are available before subscribing to save money

Frequently asked questions

What happens when my trial ends?

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. When it ends, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to keep using Waplify. Your data (contacts, campaigns, templates) is preserved.

What happens if my subscription expires?

There's a short grace period (about 3 days) right after expiry where everything keeps working, so a renewal that's mid-processing never locks you out. After that, most of the app pauses until you renew — but you can always log in and renew, and your data is never deleted.

What exactly stops working when my plan lapses?

Once you're fully expired (past the grace period), sending and managing messaging is paused: campaigns, templates, contacts, flows, sequences, and the chat inbox (both sending and reading) are unavailable, and scheduled sends, sequences, automated flow replies, and API sends won't run. What stays open is everything you need to come back: logging in, viewing your account, and renewing/paying. The moment you renew, all of it switches back on.

Does cancelling stop my plan right away?

No. Cancelling always takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and auto-renewal simply won't happen again.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies depend on the specific plan and circumstances. Contact support at support@waplify.io for refund requests.

Is there a free plan?

Waplify offers a trial period for new accounts. After the trial, a paid subscription is required.

What payment methods are accepted?

Waplify uses Razorpay for payments, which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available in your region. You can also review your past transactions on the Payments & Invoices page.
