Account Settings

What are Account Settings?

The Account Settings page is where you manage your personal profile, business information, and account preferences in Waplify. This is where you update your name, email, profile picture, and organization details.

How to use it

Accessing settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Account to see your profile and business information

Updating your profile

You can update the following fields on the Account page:

Full NameYour display name — shown in the team inbox and to other team members
Email AddressUsed for login, password recovery, and notifications
Profile PictureShown in the team inbox when chatting with customers
  1. Click on the field you want to change
  2. Update the value
  3. Click Save to apply changes

Uploading a profile picture

  1. On the Account page, click the profile picture area or the upload button
  2. Select an image from your computer
  3. The picture will be saved automatically

Viewing business information

Your organization details are displayed on the settings page:

These details are set during account creation and can be updated from the Settings page.

Switching between organizations

If you belong to multiple Waplify organizations (e.g., managing multiple businesses), you can switch between them:

  1. Look for the organization switcher in the sidebar
  2. Click to see your available organizations
  3. Select the one you want to work in

Tips & best practices

  • Keep your email address up to date — this is how you recover your account if you forget your password
  • Use a professional profile picture if your team uses the shared inbox — customers may see it during conversations
  • Review your settings after any organizational changes (like a business name change)
  • If you manage multiple businesses, use separate organizations to keep data separate

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Go to the Account Settings page, update your email field, and save. You may need to verify the new email address.

Can I change my organization name?

Yes, organization details can be updated from the Settings page. For major changes (like transferring ownership), contact support at support@waplify.io.

How do I change my password?

Go to the Settings page and look for the password change option. You can also use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset your password via email.

Can I delete my account?

Account deletion is handled by the support team. Contact support@waplify.io to request deletion. Make sure to export any data you need first.

What happens to my data if I close my account?

Your data (contacts, campaigns, templates, message history) will be deleted after account closure. Export your contacts and campaign reports before requesting deletion.
