Introducing Drip Sequences

Drip Sequences are here — set up a series of WhatsApp messages once, and Waplify follows up with each contact automatically over days or weeks.

What you can do​

A drip sequence sends up to 7 messages to each contact, one at a time, with a delay you choose between each. The first message goes out the moment a contact is enrolled; the follow-ups send on schedule after that — perfect for welcome series, onboarding, lead and cart recovery, and re-engagement.

Build it in three steps​

The new builder walks you through it:

  • Details & audience — name your sequence and pick who receives it (contacts, groups, pasted numbers, or all contacts with a filter), opted-in only by default
  • Messages — add your approved templates, personalize them with contact fields and fallbacks, attach image/video/document media, and set the delay before each step
  • Launch — review the timeline, then Run now or Schedule for later in any timezone

Control the timing and delivery​

  • Send window — choose the days and hours your follow-ups are allowed to go out, in your workspace timezone
  • Wait for delivery — optionally hold each message until WhatsApp confirms the previous one arrived
  • Stop on reply — when a customer replies, hand the conversation to your team in the inbox and end their journey

See exactly how it's performing​

Every sequence has a full analytics page: enrolled, delivered, read, replied, clicked, and failed rates; a per-message breakdown with real failure reasons; an activity-over-time chart; and a searchable log of every contact's journey that you can export to CSV.

Manage them with confidence​

Run a sequence with one click from the list, pause and resume any time (the schedule shifts so nobody gets a burst of catch-up messages), edit drafts and paused sequences, and remove individual contacts. See Managing Sequences.
